Who we are

We have seen how NFTs adoption exploded in the form of profile photos. Yet, building applications that utilize this technology in day-to-day life is just getting started. At Mentaport, we empower developers to easily set up complex smart contract rules linked to physical locations around the globe, and enable dynamic controls of event triggers over time. We know that by unlocking the real-world link of smart contracts, many more developers will be inspired to create applications that have direct and meaningful impacts on our daily lives.

What we are building

We build developer tools to power location-aware digital assets:

• Web and mobile SDK to annotate and adapt digital assets to location data.
• Infrastructure to connect location-aware smart contract triggers.
• Machine Learning models to prevent location spoofing. 
• Smart contracts (Solidity, Move).

What we are looking for 

A back-end engineer for a full-time contract role. The start date is as soon as possible. You are proactive and creative. You’re excited to rapidly ideate, build, test, and iterate.

Task examples

• AWS security best practices.
• Microservices infrastructure development.
• API Gateway maintenance and security.
• Web3 interactions on server side.

Requirements

• 4+ years of back-end development and security experience. 
• AWS, Auth, web security , cloud infra.
• NodeJS, TypeScript, Python.
• Loves working with startups.

Big plus 

• Full stack development.
• Blockchain development.
